Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN in the ED for a travel nursing job in Carlsbad, NM. This 13-week assignment requires 36 hours per week and 12-hour night shifts.

The RN should have 1-2 years of acute care experience and hold ACLS, BLS, PALS, ENPC and TNCC certifications. As an ER Travel Nurse you will triage and treat patients in a fast-paced environment, document histories, monitor vitals, and perform bedside care while ensuring safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• As RN, 1-2 years of acute care experience required.
• Must have ACLS, BLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC certifications.
• Travel RN assignment in Carlsbad, NM with 13-week duration.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, triage and implement care per physician instructions.
• Provide bedside care and IV therapy as needed.
• Monitor patient vitals and document medical history.
• Maintain supplies and report abuse to appropriate agencies.
