Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN for the ED - Emergency Department in Albuquerque, NM. This 8-week assignment requires 36 hours per week, with 12-hour night shifts, and offers a tax-free stipend and competitive pay.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years acute care experience and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. You will evaluate, triage and implement care in a fast-paced ER, documenting patient histories and vital signs as part of a diverse care team.

Qualifications

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH certifications required; 2 years of ER or acute care experience.
• Additional certifications may be required before beginning assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside ER care and triage patients.
• Perform wound care and IV therapy as needed.
• Monitor vital signs and document patient history.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff in a fast-paced ER.
