Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking an Emergency Department travel nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in Willoughby, Ohio. The travel RN will work 36 hours weekly, with 12-hour night shifts, providing ER care in a high-volume setting.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of recent acute care experience and hold ACLS, BLS, NIH, and PALS certifications. Additional certifications may be required to begin the assignment.

Qualifications

• Requirements include multiple certifications (ACLS, BLS, NIH, PALS) and 2 years of experience in acute care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, triage and implement care in a fast-paced emergency setting.
• Perform minor procedures, document history and vital signs.
• Provide bedside care and IV therapy as needed.
• Monitor patients and communicate with the care team.
