Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking an ED travel nurse in Hagerstown, MD for a 13-week assignment. This RN will work 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, in a fast-paced emergency department, providing bedside care and rapid assessment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of acute care ER experience and hold ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIH certifications. This travel role offers TotalMed RN benefits and a tax-free stipend where applicable.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent acute care ER experience.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC certifications required.
• Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Emergency Department RN travel assignment in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care and patient assessment.
• Administer IV therapy and wound care as needed.
• Maintain supplies and medical equipment; document care.
• Support triage, documentation, and patient safety; report concerns.
