MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN in the Emergency Department (ED) for a travel nursing job in Corpus Christi, Texas. The assignment is 13 weeks, with 36 hours per week and 12-hour night shifts, starting 10/12/2026.

Requirements include an active RN license and a degree from an accredited nursing program. BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC may be required in some positions, with opportunities for comprehensive benefits and housing support through MedPro.

Qualifications

• Active RN License.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC may be required in some positions.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting.
• Other requirements to be determined by our client facility.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, intervening and stabilizing a variety of trauma and illnesses with decisive action.
• Knowledgeable about general as well as specific health issues.
• Properly understand triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Able to make quick and accurate assessments about incoming patients, including both physical and mental health conditions.
