Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN for the ED in Indianapolis, Indiana. This 13-week travel assignment offers 36 hours per week, night shifts, and competitive compensation with comprehensive benefits.

You'll join a dedicated clinical team to deliver rapid-response emergency care, triage, and patient education in a fast-paced ED setting. A valid RN license, 1 year ER experience, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS are required.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience required.
• Valid RN license in accordance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC certification.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients on arrival.
• Explain procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed meds and treatments per protocols.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during emergencies.
• Monitor patient condition and document outcomes in EMR.
• Educate patients and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
