Job summary

Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel assignment in Indianapolis, Indiana. The role involves providing direct emergency care in a Level 1 Trauma Adult ED during night shifts.

You will monitor patient conditions, administer treatments per policy, coordinate care with the team, and support discharge planning. Nights 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week, 13-week assignment with travel benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid nursing license in the state or compact license.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• 1 year of RN experience preferred for ED/trauma.
• Current Nursys license and Ascension skills checklist completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in a Level 1 Adult Emergency Department.
• Administer treatments and medications per policy and protocol.
• Monitor patient conditions and coordinate multidisciplinary care.
• Assist with discharge planning and patient education.
