Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN in the ED for a travel assignment in Fullerton, California. This ER role focuses on high-acuity care for a diverse patient population, with stroke/STEMI protocols and a Magnet-designated facility.

The position is 12-hour nights, 36 hours per week, from 10/06/2026 to 01/05/2027, requiring 2+ years of ER experience, active RN license, ACLS/BLS/NIHSS/PALS, and the ability to float to TELE/ICU as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of ER experience.
• Valid state RN license (compact license accepted).
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, and TNCC or CEN certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care in a high-volume ER.
• Perform bedside procedures and transport patients to imaging/treatment units.
• Float between units as needed (e.g., TELE hold, ICU hold).
• Meet scheduling needs including weekend shifts and holidays.
