Cross Country Nurses seeks a travel nurse RN for the ED in Rockford, Illinois. RN with BSN/ADN and Illinois license will deliver emergency care in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with the care team to ensure patient safety.

Responsibilities include documentation, med administration, and patient assessments. The role involves 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week, and a travel assignment with housing and benefits support.

Qualifications

• Valid Illinois RN license.
• BSN or Associate degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications.
• TNCC or TNS certification preferred.
• 3+ years ER nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced ED setting.
• Document patient care and administer medications per standards.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care with interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in department performance improvement activities.
• Night shift with weekend and holiday rotation.
