Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled ER RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Bakersfield, CA. The Emergency Room Registered Nurse delivers rapid-response, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.

Qualificações

• One year of ER RN experience.
• Active RN license valid per state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current PALS (AHA/ARC) or ENPC certification.

Responsabilidades

• Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival, prioritizing care based on severity.
• Explain emergency procedures and treatments to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per emergency protocols.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during emergency treatments and exams.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout the ED stay.
• Document comprehensive nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff for comprehensive care.
• Adhere to hospital safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
