Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking ER Travel Nurse opportunities in Belleville, IL, for 12-hour night shifts in the ED. The role requires RN licensure with 1-2 years of recent acute care experience and relevant certifications (ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIH).

Immediate start for a 13-week assignment with travel benefits and a tax-free stipend to be determined. As part of TotalMed RN, you’ll join a diverse team delivering critical emergency care, triage and treatment per physician orders while maintaining patient

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent acute care experience required.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications required or may be required before assignment.
• NIH certification may be helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform triage and evaluate patient condition.
• Provide basic bedside care and IV therapy.
• Document medical history and vitals accurately.
• Monitor patients’ emotional and physical well-being.
• Maintain supplies and medical equipment.
• Report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies.
