Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel assignment in Casper, Wyoming. This role requires an ED RN with current licensure and BLS, working nights for 36 hours per week over 13 weeks.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice or compact licensure.
• BLS certification required.
• Recent experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months.
• No minimum years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical, psychological, and social needs; develop individualized care plans.
• Coordinate and delegate nursing care activities; document care.
• Evaluate patient responses and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team education.
• Provide spiritual support in collaboration with clergy when necessary.
• Participate in research activities and clinical practice development; supervise staff and workflow if applicable.
