Qualifications

• Active RN license
• BLS/ACLS/PALS & TNCC may be required in some positions
• 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Department setting
• Other requirements determined by client facility

Responsibilities

• Assess, intervene and stabilize trauma and illnesses with decisive action
• Be knowledgeable about general and specific health issues related to emergencies
• Understand triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need
• Make quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients, including physical and mental health conditions
