TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN Float ED - Emergency Department Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Garden City, Kansas. The ER RN will work in a fast-paced environment with 12-hour night shifts and a 36-hour weekly schedule.

Requirements include BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC and 1-2 years of acute care experience. This travel assignment offers benefits and weekly pay through TotalMed RN.

Qualifications

• Emergency Room RN with 1-2 years recent acute care experience.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC required.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care and assess patient needs.
• Perform triage and implement physician orders.
• Monitor vital signs and patient status in a fast-paced ER setting.
• Assist with IV therapy and wound care as needed.
• Document medical history and account for allergies.
