Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing seeks a travel nurse RN with ED experience for a 13-week assignment in Asheville, North Carolina. Start date is 10/05/2026 with 36 hours per week, 12-hour night shifts, and a travel employment arrangement.

Applicants should have an active RN license, a degree from an accredited nursing program, and 18 months of recent acute care ER experience. BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC may be required depending on the client facility.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Degree from an accredited nursing program
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting
• BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC may be required in some positions

Responsibilities

• Assess, intervene and stabilize patients with trauma or illness requiring emergency attention.
• Recognize and treat life-threatening conditions with decisive action.
• Understand triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Make quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients, including physical and mental health conditions.
