Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in Dover, DE. Start date 10/12/2026, working 36 hours per week on 12-hour night shifts. Travel RN role includes comprehensive benefits and support from a dedicated clinical team.

You will deliver rapid-response, high-quality care in a fast-paced ED, with collaboration across physicians and specialists to ensure patient safety and outcomes. This position offers competitive pay and a traveler-first environment.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience required.
• Valid RN license compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
• Current PALS or ENPC certification.

Responsibilities

• Triage and assess incoming patients to prioritize care.
• Administer medications and treatments per emergency protocols.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during emergencies.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure rapid, safe care.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout the ED.
