Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN in the ED for a 13-week assignment in Warrenton, Virginia. The RN will work 36 hours per week, 12-hour nights, in a travel capacity across the Emergency Department.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in ER, current ACLS/PALS/BLS/NIHSS, and an active RN license with the ability to float as needed. Compensation includes benefits and travel support.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of ER experience.
• Current ACLS, PALS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Active RN license and knowledge of state regulations.
• Ability to float to appropriate units if necessary.
• Strong patient-centered approach and quality care focus.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments and triage in emergency setting.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Conduct phlebotomy, IV placement, EKGs, splinting, and wound care.
• Ensure timely and safe patient transport when needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for optimal outcomes.
