Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking an Emergency Department travel nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in Georgetown, Texas. The ER RN will work 36 hours per week with 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced hospital setting, delivering bedside care, triage, IV therapy and wound management while maintaining documentation and safety standards.

Requirements include ACLS, BLS, ENPC, TNCC, CPI and about 1 year of acute care ER experience.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, ENPC, TNCC and CPI certifications are required.
• ER travel nurse with 1 year acute care experience is preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide ER bedside care and triage patients.
• Monitor vitals and administer treatments per physician instructions.
• Document patient history and care activities; maintain supplies and equipment.
