Job summary

Cross Country Nurses seeks a travel nurse RN in ED for a 13-week assignment in Breckenridge, Minnesota. This ER role requires working 36 hours per week on 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM and 7:00 PM–7:00 AM) in a Level IV Trauma, STEMI receiving, and Stroke designated ED.

You will deliver acute emergency care and must hold BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC, and PALS certifications, plus an active RN license and at least two years of ER experience (Med/Surg background preferred).

Qualifications

• Valid BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC and PALS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years ER experience and Med/Surg experience.
• Active RN license to submit applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care within a Level IV Trauma, STEMI receiving, and Stroke Center.
• Read own EKG strips and troubleshoot Mindray monitors.
• Rotate shifts 7:00 AM–7:00 PM and 7:00 PM–7:00 AM, minimum 36 hours weekly.
• Float rotation to Med/Surg and Swing Bed units; 12-hour orientation period.
