MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Emergency Department in Conroe, Texas. The position runs for 13 weeks with 36 hours per week and shifts covering days and nights.

Active RN license and a nursing degree are required, with 18 months of ACER experience. BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC may be required depending on the client facility. Benefits include housing options, weekly pay, and credentialing fee coverage.

Qualifications

• Active RN License is required.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC may be required in some positions.

Responsibilities

• Assess, intervene and stabilize patients with varying trauma and illnesses.
• Recognize and treat life-threatening conditions promptly.
• Understand triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Make quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients and health status.
