Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing seeks a travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in Conroe, TX. You will provide rapid, high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced ED, triaging, treating, and documenting patient conditions while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience.
• Active RN license valid per state regulations (Texas).
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Triage and assess patients on arrival.
• Explain procedures to patients and families.
• Administer medications per protocols and assist with treatments.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during emergencies.
• Monitor patient status and document findings in the EMR.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure safe care.
• Adhere to hospital safety and infection control guidelines.
