Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN in Emergency Department for Meridian, Idaho. The ER RN will work 12-hour shifts on a 36-hour work week in a fast-paced ED environment, starting 10/12/2026 for a 13-week assignment.

Travel employment with ACLS/BLS/PALS/TNCC/ENPC certifications and 1-2 years acute care experience preferred. Responsibilities include triage, patient assessment and care coordination, documentation, and family education while maintaining high patient safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent acute care experience as an ER RN.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC certifications are required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, triage and implement care following physician instructions.
• Document medical history, allergies and vital signs; monitor patients' emotional and physical well-being.
• Provide basic bedside care, wound care, IV therapy and maintain supplies/equipment.
