Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Clinton, Iowa. The ER RN will work 12-hour rotating shifts, 36 hours per week, for an initial 13-week assignment.

Applicants should have 1–2 years of acute care experience and hold ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC certifications. As an ER Travel Nurse, you will evaluate, triage and implement care in a fast-paced emergency setting, documenting history, vital signs and patient well-being.

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIH, TNCC certifications required.
• 1 year of acute care experience required; 2+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, triage and implement care per physician instructions.
• Perform basic bedside care and IV therapy.
• Monitor vital signs and patient well-being.
• Document medical history and allergies.
