Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking an Emergency Room travel nurse (RN) for a 9-week assignment in Camden, New Jersey. This travel role requires 1–2 years of acute care ER experience, ACLS/BLS/PALS, and the ability to work 12-hour day shifts delivering high-quality patient care.

The ER travel nurse will triage, evaluate and implement care according to physician orders, document histories and vitals, and assist with wound care, IV therapy, and equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years recent acute care ER experience.
• Active RN license and certifications ACLS, BLS, PALS.
• Must be able to work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, triage and implement care per physician instructions.
• Provide basic bedside care and wound care; IV therapy.
• Document medical history and vital signs; monitor patient well-being.
• Maintain supplies and report abuse as needed.
