Job summary

TotalMed RN seeks an Emergency Department RN for a travel assignment in Concord, California. The ER RN will work 12-hour shifts on a rotating basis, for approximately 36 hours per week, across a 13-week duration.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of acute care experience and hold ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications. The role involves triage, patient care, and documentation in a fast-paced ED environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of recent acute care experience.
• ER travel nursing requires ability to work in fast-paced settings.
• ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, triage and implement care per physician instructions.
• Perform basic bedside care and IV therapy as needed.
• Monitor vital signs and patient status; document history.
• Assist with managing stress and relate to patients of all ages.
