Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in Clearlake, CA. The ER RN will deliver rapid-response nursing care in a high-volume emergency department, triage, administer treatments, and coordinate with physicians and staff to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of ER experience, California RN license, and current BLS/ACLS and PALS or ENPC. Travel benefits include competitive pay, health insurance, and per diem support.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience
• Valid RN license in California
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS or ENPC certifications

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival
• Explain emergency procedures to patients and families
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during emergencies
• Monitor patient comfort and safety in the ED
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
