Job summary

Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a skilled ER RN for a 13-week travel assignment in San Francisco, CA. You will deliver rapid-response, high-quality care in a fast-paced ED, triaging patients, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team.

Eligible candidates have 1 year of ER experience, valid RN license, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS or ENPC certifications. Benefits include competitive pay and traveler support throughout the assignment.

Qualifications

• One year of ER RN experience.
• Current RN license compliant with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current PALS (AHA / ARC) or ENPC Certification.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess and triage patients on arrival.
• Explain emergency procedures to patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments per approved emergency nursing techniques.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during emergency treatments and examinations.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout their time in the ED.
• Document comprehensive nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR.
