Healthforce Healthcare LLC seeks an Registered Nurse for an Emergency Department travel assignment in Bakersfield, CA. This 13-week engagement features 12-hour day shifts (3 per week) and weekly pay between $2,253 and $2,368. Start date is 11/16/2026.

You'll join a fast-paced acute care environment with robust onboarding, 24/7 recruiter support, and opportunities for extension. Travel friendly benefits and dedicated assignment support are included.

Qualifications

• Active RN license per state requirements.
• Able to work 12-hour day shifts.
• Strong critical-thinking, assessment, and communication skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-acuity settings.
• Willingness to participate in orientation and credentialing processes.

Responsabilités

• Deliver coordinated nursing care to a patient group according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and perform procedures within scope of practice.
• Apply critical thinking and independent judgment to prioritization and decision-making in high-acuity situations.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams; advocate for patient safety and comfort.
• Document care accurately and ensure continuity of care across shifts.
