MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Lansing, Michigan. The assignment runs 13 weeks with a 36-hour workweek on 12-hour shifts, offering travel benefits and supportive clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Active RN License
• Degree from accredited nursing program
• BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC may be required in some positions
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting

Responsibilities

• Assess, intervene and stabilize a variety of trauma and illnesses with decisive action.
• Proficiently perform triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Make quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients including physical and mental health status.
• Provide high-quality emergency care and coordinate with the team to ensure patient safety.
