Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing seeks a travel RN for the ED in Salem, Virginia. The clinician will join a team delivering high‑quality emergency care in a fast-paced setting and will cover a 12‑hour day shift on a 36‑hour workweek for a 13‑week assignment.

Active RN license is required, plus ED experience and current BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC as needed. Travel benefits include housing allowance, weekly pay, and credentialing support.

Qualifications

• Active RN license
• Degree from accredited nursing program
• 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting
• BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC may be required in some positions

Responsibilities

• Assess, intervene and stabilize a variety of trauma and illnesses with decisive action.
• Properly understand triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Make quick and accurate assessments about incoming patients, including physical and mental health conditions.
