Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing in Plano, Texas is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Emergency Department for a 13-week assignment starting 10/05/2026. You will work 36 hours per week with 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced ED. Requires active RN license, accredited nursing program, BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC may be required, and 18 months ER acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC may be required in some positions.
• 18 months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess, intervene and stabilize patients with life-threatening conditions in the ED.
• Triage and prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Provide timely and accurate assessments of incoming patients.
