ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for the Emergency Department in Springfield, Vermont. The assignment is 13 weeks, 36 hours per week, with 12-hour nights (7:00 PM–7:30 AM). Travel, open 24/7 ED serving ~14,000 visits per year. Requires VT or Compact license and active BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC.

Eligible candidates will have 2+ years ED experience and travel nursing background; a BSN is preferred. Personal vehicle required for transportation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Emergency Department experience in a hospital setting.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Vermont RN license or Compact License.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC (all must be in hand at time of application).
• Must have a personal vehicle for transportation.

• Conduct patient assessments and screenings to determine urgency of care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Job Description

The Emergency Department is open 24/7 and serves approximately 14,000 patient visits each year. Upon arrival, patients will be screened by an Emergency Department Nurse to determine the severity of their condition and the appropriate course of treatment. As part of our dedicated team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
