AMN Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN in the ED for a travel nursing job in Coos Bay, Oregon. This role features a 13-week assignment with 36 hours per week and 12-hour night shifts in a 129-bed acute care hospital.

Candidates must hold an Oregon RN license, have graduated from an accredited nursing program, and possess recent ED experience. BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC or equivalent are required or obtainable within the first year. EMR experience is preferred.

RN ER jobs in Coos Bay, OR let you deliver emergency nursing care in a 129-bed acute care hospital accredited by the Joint Commission. You must have a current Oregon RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and recent emergency nurse experience in an acute care hospital within the past five years. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required, along with Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC), or the ability to obtain these within the first year. Trauma Nurse Core Curriculum (TNCC) certification is also required or must be obtained within one year. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is important, and national certification in emergency nursing (CEN or equivalent) is preferred. Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
