TotalMed RN is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Baytown, Texas. This role is a 13-week assignment with 36 hours per week and 12-hour nights, in the ED setting.

Immediate opening with requirements of ACLS/BLS/PALS and 1–2 years of acute care experience. As an ER Travel Nurse, you will evaluate, triage and implement care under physician instructions in a fast-paced environment, document medical histories, vital signs and patient status, and support

Formación

• ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications required; 2 years of acute care experience preferred.
• Emergency Department RN with travel/PRN experience is commonly sought.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, emergency environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Clean and bandage wounds.
• Provide IV therapy.
• Maintain supplies and medical equipment.
• Report suspected abuse to appropriate agencies.
