Job summary

MedPro Healthcare Staffing in Everett, WA is seeking a travel nurse RN to join the Emergency Department for a 13-week assignment. The ED nurse will work 12-hour day shifts, 48 hours per week, in a fast-paced clinical environment providing high-quality emergency care.

Active RN license and a nursing degree are required, with BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC may be needed; minimum 18 months ER acute care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS & TNCC may be required in some positions.
• Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room.
• Other requirements to be determined by the client facility.

Responsibilities

• Assess, intervene and stabilize trauma and illnesses with decisive action.
• Understand triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need.
• Make quick and accurate assessments of incoming patients' physical and mental health.
• Provide care in a fast-paced emergency department setting.
