Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled ER RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Oregon City, OR. You will deliver rapid-response, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced ED, triaging patients, administering treatments, and collaborating with physicians and the clinical team.

Requirements include one year ER RN experience, valid RN license per state regulations, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS or ENPC certifications. This role offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with PC and EMR systems

Responsibilities

• Rapid triage of patients upon arrival.
• Explain procedures to patients and families.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per protocols.
• Assist physicians during emergency treatments and exams.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety in ED.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in EMR.
• Initiate patient education plans as needed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
