Job summary

TotalMed RN is seeking an Emergency Room Travel Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment in Norwich, CT. This travel position requires 1–2 years of acute care experience, BLS/ACLS, and the ability to work 12-hour day shifts, 36 hours per week.

As an ER Travel Nurse, you will triage, assess and treat patients in a fast-paced ED setting, ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to physician orders. Travel benefits apply.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of acute care nursing experience.
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Ability to perform ER duties in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic bedside care.
• Perform wound care and IV therapy.
• Maintain equipment and supplies.
• Document patient history and vital signs.
• Report abuse and ensure patient safety.
