ARMStaffing is seeking a Travel RN for the Emergency Department in Philadelphia. This night-shift role features 12-hour shifts and a 13-week contract with 36 hours per week, starting 10/12/2026.

The RN will assess, plan, and document patient care under a licensed physician, while collaborating with families and the healthcare team. Responsibilities include guiding nursing staff, applying evidence-based care, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (required).
• PA Registered Nurse License (required).
• Multi-State Compact RN License (required).
• Basic Life Support Certification (required).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical specialty (preferred).

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) assesses, implements, and evaluates care needed by assigned patients under the direction of a licensed physician. The RN is knowledgeable about principles, theories, current methods, and techniques of nursing practice. Utilizing the nursing process, the RN collaborates with the patient and their family members/significant others, professional peers, and other members of the healthcare team to individualize patient care. The RN directs nursing support staff in the provision of patient care according to the standards of nursing practice, administrative and departmental policies, and procedures.
