UPMC System Float Team is seeking experienced Registered Nurses with Emergency Department experience for full-time, permanent roles. You will rotate to UPMC facilities across Pennsylvania, New York, and Western Maryland, approx. every six weeks, expanding clinical skills and professional networks.

Qualifications

• RN with Emergency Department experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care in assigned UPMC facilities and units.
• Rotate assignments approximately every six weeks, with redeployment to other facilities as needed.
• Apply critical thinking and clinical judgment in all patient care aspects.
• Communicate patient status and changes clearly with physicians and healthcare team.
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety, infection control, and confidentiality requirements.
• Build relationships across diverse clinical environments and care teams.
• Participate in patient education, discharge planning, and ongoing professional development.
