Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled ER RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Henderson, NC. You will deliver high-quality emergency care, triage patients, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team while enjoying a competitive pay package and comprehensive benefits.

The role requires at least one year of ER RN experience, an active RN license in North Carolina, and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS/ENPC certifications.

Qualifications

• One year of recent ER RN experience.
• Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations.
• Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC).
• Current PALS (AHA / ARC) or ENPC Certification.

Responsibilities

• Triage and rapidly assess patients on arrival.
• Explain emergency procedures to patients and families.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocols.
• Assist physicians during emergency treatments and exams.
• Monitor patient comfort and safety in the ED.
• Document nursing assessments, interventions and outcomes.
