Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of employment is required.
• Minimum 2 years ER experience, or 1 year ER plus 1 year ICU.
• Current ACLS, BLS and PALS certifications; state requirements may apply.
• Must be able to travel and obtain licenses in new states as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, evaluates and revises a plan of care for patients and families.
• Provide direct nursing care and supervise other nursing staff per policy.
• Demonstrates clinical competence and seeks to improve quality of care.
• Supervise LPNs/LVNs, CNAs, Nursing Aides and Techs.
