Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an ER RN for night shift at a 286-bed acute care hospital in South Carolina. Requires 2 years of ER experience and Epic EMR proficiency. Certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS.

CPI/TNCC preferred. Travel-friendly benefits noted. Must have SSN and valid driver’s license. The role includes 7p-7a shifts with every other weekend, nurse-to-patient ratios ~1:4, and floating to meet needs in a STEMI/Stroke certified center.

Qualifications

• Active SC or Multi-State/Compact RN license required.
• 2 years of ER experience required.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required (AHA).
• Epic EMR experience required.
• Knowledge of isolation precautions and PPE required.
• SSN and driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care across trauma, cardiac, neuro, and pediatric cases.
• Maintain nurse-to-patient ratios based on acuity (≈1:4).
• Night shift 7p–7a with every other weekend.
• Floating within scope to meet facility needs.
• Work in a STEMI and Stroke Certified center.
• Epic charting used; royal blue scrubs required.
• May involve gunshot wounds and other trauma cases.
