Job summary

American Traveler, LLC. is seeking an experienced RN for an Emergency Department role in South Carolina. The position demands 3 years of ER experience and multiple specialty certifications, with a SC or compact RN license and US SSN for consideration.

Night shifts are 7pm–7am (3x12s), 36 hours per week across a 13-week assignment. Housing assistance and travel reimbursements are provided along with benefits to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active SC or compact RN license required, no pending licenses accepted
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC, and CPI certifications required
• AHA-issued certifications only
• 3 years of ER experience required
• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program required
• BSN highly desired
• US SSN required for consideration

Responsibilities

• Fast-paced Emergency Department treating patients across the full acuity spectrum
• Patient population includes urgent care, psychiatric, pediatric, and critical care/trauma cases
• Manages critical care skills such as medication titrations, arterial lines, mass transfusion of blood, and chest tubes
• Night shift schedule: 3x12s, 7p-7a
• 36 hours per week over a 13-week assignment
• Coordinates and delivers care to patients with complex nursing needs to ensure safety, quality, and a positive patient experience
• Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility
