Job summary

American Traveler, LLC is seeking an experienced ER RN for a night shift position at a Level III trauma teaching hospital in North Carolina. A minimum of 3 years ER experience and Epic proficiency are required.

Requirements include an active NC or Compact RN license (no pending licenses), BLS/ACLS/PALS/NIHSS, and travel experience. The role features a 3x12 schedule, 1:4 patient load, and on-site work with Epic EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Active NC or Compact RN license required (pending license not accepted).
• Minimum 3 years of ER experience required.
• BLS, ACLS, CPI, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Epic EMR experience required.

Responsibilities

• Night shift schedule: 19:00–07:00 in a Combined Adult/Pediatric ED setting.
• Patient ratio of 1:4 with required weekend coverage.
• Float between campuses as needed and Epic EMR charting.
• Pre-start modules and compliance exams, including Advanced EKG.
