Job summary

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Travel RN for an Emergency Department position in Newton, IA. The 13-week assignment runs on a Sunday–Tuesday schedule with nights from 18:30 to 07:00, totaling 36 hours per week.

The role requires an active IA or Compact RN license, at least 1 year of ED experience, and current BLS, ACLS, TNCC, NRP, and PALS certifications (ENPC acceptable). Travel benefits and housing are typical.

Qualifications

• Active RN license IA or Compact currently in hand.
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Department experience.
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, NRP, and PALS (ENPC also acceptable).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to a variety of emergency department patients.
• Radius rule of 60 miles applies for most Trinity Health locations, with exceptions ranging from 50 to 90 miles depending on location.
