American Traveler is seeking an ER Registered Nurse for a 13-week night shift assignment in Chester, SC. The role requires 2 years of ER experience and an active SC or compact RN license.

You will work the 7pm-7am night shifts, handle patient care in a general ED, and float as needed within scope. This traveler opportunity includes Epic EMR use, nursing duties across adult and pediatric ER cases, and a 1:4 nurse-patient ratio with no on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• 2 years ER experience required.
• Active SC RN license or Compact license by start date.
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver emergency care across adult and pediatric ER populations.
• Perform triage, cardiac monitoring, and emergency interventions.
• Use Epic EMR for documentation and orders.
