HealthTrust Workforce Solutions has partnered with CHS to provide travel nurse opportunities across a nationwide network of facilities focused on compassionate care and community health.

This travel nursing role is an 8, 10, or 13 week assignment at Western Arizona Regional Medical Center in Bullhead City, AZ. It offers guaranteed hours, weekly pay, and housing or housing subsidy, with a strong emphasis on professional growth.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one year acute care experience in a hospital setting.
• Current state nursing license.
• Appropriate certifications as required for specific position.
• Degree from an accredited school.
• Demonstrate code of conduct and compliance policies.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.

Aufgaben

• Perform plan of care intervention, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care, documenting care given.
• Monitor, records, and communicate patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
• Evaluate learning needs of patient and/or family and provide patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
