Equiliem is seeking a Travel Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for the Arlington, TX area. Shifts run 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM with rotating weekends, on a 13-week contract. The role focuses on triage, assessment, and high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ED.

The ideal candidate brings ER experience, Texas RN licensure, BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC certifications, and comfort with Meditech EMR. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1.5 years ER nursing experience.
• Active RN license for Texas.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications required.
• Experience with Meditech EMR preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, triage, and monitor patients with emergency conditions.
• Provide direct nursing care for acute illnesses and injuries.
• Administer medications and IV fluids per orders.
• Recognize changes and respond to emergencies promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians and ED staff for patient care.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge.
• Prioritize care while maintaining safety and organization.
• Follow infection prevention protocols.
