Job summary

Vibra Travels is seeking an Emergency Department RN for the NIGHT 3x12 shift at facilities across the country, including Carlsbad, NM. The role focuses on direct patient care, plan-of-care development, and supervision of support staff.

Candidates must have ER experience, an active RN license, ACLS/BLS/PALS, and willingness to travel. We offer local and non-local assignments with competitive hourly pay and potential stipends.

Qualifications

• 2 years ER experience required OR 1 year ER + 1 year ICU.
• Recent acute care experience required.
• Current, valid RN license in the state of employment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel using air and ground transportation.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, evaluates and revises a plan of care for assigned patients and families.
• Demonstrates clinical competence and manages patient care to improve quality of care.
• Supervises LPNs, CNAs, Nursing Aides and Techs as assigned.
