Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a travel Electrophysiology Technician for a 13-week assignment in Baton Rouge, LA. This travel position requires EP lab experience, RCES or ARRT certification, and BLS; duties include assisting with EP procedures, operating specialized recording and imaging equipment, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year Electrophysiology (EP) Lab Technologist experience.
• RCES or ARRT certification required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Experience assisting EP lab procedures preferred.
• Working knowledge of imaging and recording systems.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients and EP lab equipment prior to procedures.
• Assist physicians during invasive electrophysiology studies and ablations.
• Operate and troubleshoot advanced EP recording and imaging equipment.
• Maintain accurate procedural documentation.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
